Most orders leave us within a week once artwork and mock-ups are approved. If you’re on a deadline just let us know and we’ll work with you to find a solution.
Yes we can tidy your logo, adjust colours and prepare it properly for embroidery or print.
Not for most things, special order garments may have minimums. We’re happy to help with one-offs, small batches or larger runs.
For embroidery, we can provide a small stitched sample or a photograph of the first sew-out before running the full job. For prints, we’ll send a scaled preview and position for mock-up for approval.
Sometimes, it depends on our schedule and the method you need. If you’re on a tight deadline, just be upfront – we’ll tell you immediately whether it’s realistic.
Yes – once you’re embroidery file or print setup is done, it stays on file for future orders at no extra cost, unless you update your artwork.

Yes, when you come back, we can pull up the exact garments, threads or print colours used so everything stays consistent.
